This high-profile project saw the conversion of a dilapidated eight storey, Grade II listed former lacemaking factory into a mixed-use residential/office scheme.
All intermediate floors within the building were fully replaced and an underground car park was constructed. In addition, two further storeys were added at roof level to form penthouse offices.
