This £23.5m design and build project for Unite saw the completion of 820 student bedrooms on a busy Sheffield city centre site with confined workspace and restricted access.
The development also included a basement car park, ground-level retail units, facility management and student leisure facilities - all delivered on schedule and within budget.
Our off-site modular unit construction experience proved invaluable in undertaking this project and its successful completion led to Clegg being awarded a similar contract at Clough Road, Sheffield by the same client.
