This 5,000 sq m retail unit was designed and built in just 39 weeks to meet the deadline for the Wickes retail store opening.
Extensive site remediation works were also carried out, including specialist treatment of Japanese knotweed.
The unit was built on a new estate development for which we installed the infrastructure comprising roads, cycle paths, river outfall, sewers and utilities for all plots on site.
