A major, high-profile, £17.5m design and build project, this scheme involved the construction of a 30,000 sq ft bespoke office facility for Cambridgeshire County Council along with a new Combined Justice Centre on a brownfield site.

The building comprised a four storey concrete framed structure incorporating a basement car park on waterproof concrete.  Full site dewatering was necessary during complext substructure works.

The offices utilise the thermal mass of the building and automatically opening windows were incorporated into the design.

The building achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
