The project consisted of the complex and dramatic transformation of a redundant industrial building into a hygienic state-of-the-art cooked bacon production plant.
The new facility comprises new delivery, goods in dock/receiving room, cold stores, process and packing areas and associated amenities.
The works, which were constructed to a stringent high-hygiene standard complete with all building and process services, were completed in 23 weeks, on time and inside budget.
