This prestigious design and build project was completed in a record time of 41 weeks.
The facility was designed for the manufacture of sandwiches and comprises over 12,000 sq m of production space, offices and amenities.
In addition office space was provided for the Divisional Management Team together with extensive car parking, loading yard and landscaping.
A unique feature of the project was a glass roofed two-storey atrium linking the production facilities to the offices and restaurant.
