Following a comprehensive production review and feasibility study by Clegg, construction of this major extension to Gregg’s existing bakery in Birmingham was completed in 22 weeks, providing new frozen storage and distribution facilities, new tray wash and sundry production improvements. Also included was the construction of additional administrative and staff amenity accommodation.
We delivered the £2m turnkey project while maintaining Greggs' ongoing production operations throughout, even installing a mezzanine floor above the main bakery dispatch with minimal disruption to the client's workflow.
