After delivering the original new factory for Direct Table Foods, Clegg Food Projects were invited back within less than three years to create a major extension to the bacon slicing and packing facility.
Growing business demand required the provision of extra production and storage space and increased office and staff amenities at first floor level.
The work, including connections into the original factory were completed whilst production of bacon continued requiring excellent communication and collaboration.
