Clegg Food Projects were selected by The Kerrygold Company to build this prestigious new cheese processing facility to replace their existing factory which could no longer meet demand.
The new 15,000m2 factory was constructed directly adjacent to the current site and careful planning and cooperation was required to avoid any interruption in production and delivery.
The design incorporated a number of environmental and sustainable aspects to reduce energy consumption including utilisation of natural light, energy efficient motors and lighting and heat recovery systems.
