This project involved the construction of two major extensions and extensive re-modeling and refurbishment to RHM’s existing bakery in Newport, South Wales.
We participated in a pre-construction project definition phase, including value engineering and buildability reviews prior to winning the construction contract in competitive tender. The main extension works were completed and handed over to RHM within a five month period, with complex phased refurbishment works continuing for a further six months.
