This project comprised the construction of a 4800 sq m new production area with extensive services installation and external service yards and car parking.
Additional amenity facilities and office accommodation were also incorporated into a further 1700 sq m of construction at first floor level.
The new facilities are fronted by a three storey glazed atrium which forms the meet and greet reception. This design and build contract featured a food-safe triple glazed curtain walling to the main production hall.
