This major expanson of Greggs' Leeds Bakery was carried out after an extensive process and design study by Clegg to establish the optimum solution for development of the site. The design caters for further expansion of the site in the future as Greggs' business grows and provides maximum potential in this respect.
We carried out the project in several phases to allow continuous operation by Greggs throughout. The project provides client with a new storage and dispatch accommodation and also included the refurbishment of existing buildings to the latest food safe standards.
