Clegg was commissioned to design and construct this major extension to Greggs' existing savoury production facility in Newcastle-on-Tyne.
The project provides cold storage and distribution facilities serving Greggs nationwide and included provision for a high-bay, fully automated storage and picking system.
The works were carried out in 24 weeks on site.
