A prestigious £2.5m design and build project, this contract saw the development of a three storey extension to the University's Grade II listed Law & Social Science Block. It provided new research facilities, conference areas, an IT centre and administration offices.
Working on a site which was particularly restricted, the scheme also created a new internal quadrangle.
