This £6.5m design and build project for the Leicester Mercury entailed the complete renewal of the façade to the newspapers' high-profile offices on a restricted site in the heart of Leicester.
The building, which also houses the Mercurys' print production facility, remained fully occupied and operational throughout the contract.
