Work is due to commence on 27 July 2009 by Clegg Construction (Northern) for Oakapple Homes (Consett) Ltd on eleven residential units in Consett, Co Durham. Along with the residential units they will also be constructing the retail shell for a Tesco Express store. Works are due to complete on 5 March 2010.  This is the third project Clegg Construction (Northern) will have carried out for the Oakapple Group of companies.
